Well, I haven't had a great couple of weeks for weight loss. We just got back from a little vacation, and I definitely didn't eat as little as I should have. I got a little exercise, but not much! I am not going to go back and try to figure out what my weight was exactly since I missed last week, but I am only down a couple of pounds for the last two weeks.

I lost 1.2 lbs this week, bringing the total weight lost up to 10.8 lbs. Wish it was more, but I ended up missing a workout this week and ate a little too much healthy stuff. Still good foods, just TOO much of them. Blasted delicious melons.
