Yikes -- I've lost track what week this is...

I haven't updated this in almost a month! I've been super busy finishing up a book project, but I am still exercising and eating well. I haven't lost a ton more weight, though, since I weighed in I should probably be doing a little better. I've lost 17.1 lbs total! Yay -- still about 13 to go.

weight loss week 8 and 9

Well, I haven't had a great couple of weeks for weight loss. We just got back from a little vacation, and I definitely didn't eat as little as I should have. I got a little exercise, but not much! I am not going to go back and try to figure out what my weight was exactly since I missed last week, but I am only down a couple of pounds for the last two weeks.

Week 7 Weigh in

I lost 1.2 lbs this week, bringing the total weight lost up to 10.8 lbs. Wish it was more, but I ended up missing a workout this week and ate a little too much healthy stuff. Still good foods, just TOO much of them. Blasted delicious melons.

Week 6 Weigh-in

Yay! I lost 2 lbs this week. It has been hard for me to reach 2 lbs lost in a week, so whenever it happens I get really excited. Hoping for two more this week! I have two and a half weeks until my family takes a trip to St. George. My goal was to have lost 16 lbs total by then. I'm thinking that may be tough to reach now, but hopefully I'll be down 5 more lbs by then.

I only lost ONE pound this week. It is frustrating to lose so little, but I am glad to be losing.

Weight loss: Week 4

Worked out 6x a week and ate well. I've been eating BIG salads lately, and I love them. I feel so great after eating them. This week I lost 1.8 lbs. At this rate I am not really on track to lose 10 lbs a month. It'll likely take me four months rather than three to lose thirty pounds. But I'm okay with that if that's the case. I'm just going to keep plugging along doing everything I can to make it happen. I just want to stay consistent.

Weight Loss, week 3

I lost 2.2 lbs this week! I can really feel the difference (I've almost lost 5 lbs now), and I am starting to get into a groove like I did last time. It takes working out 6 times a week and eating very carefully, but it is possible. It really does take a lot of effort to lose significant amounts of weight. Here's to hoping I never have to go through this again! :)
