Weight loss: Week 4

Worked out 6x a week and ate well. I've been eating BIG salads lately, and I love them. I feel so great after eating them. This week I lost 1.8 lbs. At this rate I am not really on track to lose 10 lbs a month. It'll likely take me four months rather than three to lose thirty pounds. But I'm okay with that if that's the case. I'm just going to keep plugging along doing everything I can to make it happen. I just want to stay consistent.

Total weight loss so far: 6.6 lbs
