Weight Loss, week 3

I lost 2.2 lbs this week! I can really feel the difference (I've almost lost 5 lbs now), and I am starting to get into a groove like I did last time. It takes working out 6 times a week and eating very carefully, but it is possible. It really does take a lot of effort to lose significant amounts of weight. Here's to hoping I never have to go through this again! :)
