YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After biting our nails all day waiting to hear--we finally got the call at 8:30pm! They accepted our counter offer!! Woohoo!!!!!!!!!! The blog is one of the first to know! :)
So...since we just have a couple weeks to move out--anyone know of a place? Heh, heh...

woo-hoo! congrats Jenn! it's too bad you had to come down some, but right now is hard for anyone selling a house. they've said "the bottom to the housing market crisis is not yet in sight" which is frightening, so the value of the house (along with most others) may continue to drop for quite some time after you move out.
I hope you find a great new place to live. :D

Congrats!! So happy for you! I'm glad it sold. Too bad you have to pack up and actually move now!! That's the worst. We are actually moving yet again too...in december. It's really hard to move with a baby, so make sure and enlist lots of help!! So happy for you, good luck finding a new place!
